Good Morning.

Today I would like to encourage you to create personal morning routine, which will help you to reconnect with yourself, your goals and set a positive tone for the day.

Here are a few key suggestions in creating your morning/evening routine. Please keep in mind that your routine should be personal and can be adjusted to any personal changes in your life. You can chose 1-3 steps and rest of them follow on the morning you have more time, eg. Saturday or Sunday.

So we start with reconnecting with ourselves after night time when we were unconscious. But a small warning here. We need to make sure we are not reconnecting with our problems and fears, fearful thought patterns but with ourselves, our true self, our dreams and goals.

Steps for creating your Morning/ Evening Routine

Reconnect with yourself

Do not check phone, email, etc. Welcome your body, pray, meditate, count your blessings.

Reconnect with your body

With body movement, massage and/or stretching. Feel grateful for the abilities your body has. If you struggle with body shape, affirm yourself by saying “Body I know you do the best you can.”

Reconnect with your short term and long term goals

Goal - the result or achievement toward which effort is directed. Look at your vision board, read your decision statement. Review your steps and strategies how you will get there. Write few sentences why is this important to you.

Check your boundaries related to your goal

What boundaries will help me to achieve my goals? eg. time boundary (what do I need to spend less time doing, so I will have more time to work on my goals?).

Self validation

List traits, skills, etc. eg. What is in me that will help me to achieve my goals, what skills do I already have. What do I like about myself? What are my recent wins?

Self discovery questions

What do I know about myself today? What are my most unmet needs? How can I take care of them? Which area(s) of my life do I feel least empowered right now? What would help me to feel empowered and in control in this area of my life. Create strategies. What of my patterns, habits are not serving me?

What feelings no longer belong in my future?  eg. confusion because I have clear vision of life I want to live.

Set intention for the day

Intention - An intention is an idea or plan of what you are going to do. Something that you want and plan to do. The power of intention helps you to get there.

The day without intention – will just happen to you. Without intention how your life you want to look like, you will fall into patterns?

How you spend a day is how you spend your life.

When you say yes or no make sure it is in alignment with your day and life intention. eg. I will pay attention to my discouraging thoughts and I will replace them every single time with encouraging thoughts.

How do you want to affirm yourself today?

What would you like to tell yourself today to feel supported, loved, seen, important and accepted  eg. I am in the process or everything has divine timing. I always do my best, I will support myself and I will be patient with myself.
