For more than five years, I have helped individuals and couples break free from painful relationship patterns, heal attachment wounds, and create healthier, more fulfilling connections.
What makes my work unique is the combination of professional knowledge, practical tools, and lived experience. I understand how deeply our subconscious beliefs, emotional wounds, and attachment patterns can influence the way we experience love, connection, conflict, and loss.
My work focuses on helping people understand the subconscious rules that drive their emotional experiences and relationship behaviors. Together, we identify the beliefs, wounds, unmet needs, coping mechanisms, and protective strategies that keep them stuck in cycles of anxiety, avoidance, conflict, self-abandonment, emotional disconnection, or unhealthy relationship dynamics.
I specialize in attachment healing, helping individuals move from insecure attachment patterns toward greater self-awareness, emotional regulation, self-trust, and healthy interdependence. I also support people who are navigating heartbreak and relationship loss, helping them process the pain of a breakup, understand what happened, heal the underlying wounds that have been activated, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence. When both partners are willing and the relationship is healthy to rebuild, I can also help clients understand the dynamics that led to the separation and guide them through the process of reconnecting and rebuilding trust.
For couples, I help uncover the deeper fears, unmet needs, and attachment wounds that fuel recurring arguments and emotional disconnection.
